Chianti Porchetta

ARTISANAL PRODUCT
OF TRADITION

Since 1975, Francesco Mosca ensures a fresh, high-quality product for wholesalers, GDO (Large Organized Distribution), supermarkets, shops, food stalls, and possibly private customers.
We work weekly on order with timely preparations at the moment.

Quality of raw materials
Porchetta made from the best selected Italian pigs.
Artisanal product
Like a homemade dish, like the porchetta of the past: deboned by skilled hands in our workshop, massaged with care, and hand-tied.
Careful and natural preparation
In complete compliance with health regulations, Tuscan Porchetta is seasoned with exclusively natural herbs and spices: salt, pepper, rosemary, fennel, garlic, coriander.
Roasting
In our electric ovens without industrial treatments, 5-6 hours depending on the size.
This traditional preparation method guarantees an excellent product that respects and enhances Tuscan culinary traditions.

Once wrapped in food-grade vegetable paper, the Chianti Porchetta is ready for the counter, for the table, or to be stored in a fridge at 0-4°C; we do not recommend vacuum-sealing.

On Wednesdays, we personally deliver our products to Versilia, Prato, Pistoia, Pisa, and Florence.
