ROAST PORK AND BRIE TART
Ingredients
- puff pastry
- 150 g of roast pork
- 200 g of brie
- 1 ripe red tomato

Spread the roll of pastry, preferably round, on baking paper and place the ingredients in the centre, or rather the slices of roast pork, the brie and the tomato. Leave a bit of space on the sides.
Close the pastry sealing the sides with your fingers or a fork, so as to avoid that during the cooking the filling leaks out.
Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until the pastry has a nice golden colour.
