SCHIACCIATE WITH PORCHETTA AND PROVOLONE CHEESE
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 12schiacciate
- 2thick pieces of porchetta
- 80 grprovolone cheese
- olive oil
- 1garlic
- 2rosmary
- seed of fennels
- pepper
Preparation
Start to prepare the aromatic oil: in a little pot put the extra virgin olive oil and warm it for few seconds, after add half garlic, the minced rosmary and the crushed seed of fennels, put the pepper and leave the mixture for 2 hours.
Remove the rind of provolone and cut it in 4 little cubes, then cut the pieces of porchetta in little cubes.
Cover the schiacciate with the pieces of porchetta and provolone cheese, season it with aromatic oil.
