For the rough puff pastry
- 300 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 10 g salt
- water
For the filing
- 200 g disliced roast pork
- 350 g di potatoes
- 3 di courgettes
- 200 g di boiled greens
- salt, pepper, oil
Preparation
To stir the flour with the pieces of butter, add the salt and cold water and make the dough, put to rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes. In a frying pan fry the sliced and peeled courgettes with oil for a few minutes, salt them. Wash and peel the potatoes and then cut into slices, boil for a few minutes. Place the rough puff pastry in a baking tin and on the bottom fill in with the greens, seasoned in a bit of oil than add the potatoes, pepper and cover with the slices of roast pork and finally with the courgettes. Bake in hot oven at 190° degrees for 40/45 minutes.
