SUCKLING ROASTED PORK BUN

Ingredients

- bread - sliced pork roast - lettuce - tartes sauce - cheese type Asiago - slices of boiled egg - rosemary - pepper


Preparation

Cut the bread and spread both the slices with the tarter sauce. Arrange the slices of roast pork on the bread, season with salt and pepper; to add lettuce, egg, and cheese.

Close the sandwich and add rosemary and knobs of tarter sauce.
